He was always accessible and always answered me whenever I had questions for him. We have since hired Mike and Amica to do our front door and to replace a window with a broken seal as well. Hired Amica to replace 3 large windows. Response to initial request was very fast, and during the quote visit the rep provided info on the different ways to replace these windows.
