Amica Windows and Doors was very professional from start to finish! They paid attention to all the details. The removal and installation of both doors was done in one day. We were contacted during and after the installation to see how it was going and if we were satisfied, which we definitely were.

Michael and his team are very professional, courteous, responsive and good at what they do. Throughout the process, we never felt like we were being pushed to make a decision but they asked questions to find out our needs and offered solutions.

Even though it was a difficult time due to supply chain constraints, Michael kept us informed and assured us the work would be done. We were especially impressed at his initiative to reach out and schedule the work as soon as our windows came in.

And when the work was done, the place was left in such a good condition that you wouldn't have known any work was done at all (except for the great windows they installed :) )

To summarize, Michael and his team did a fantastic job replacing all our vinyl windows and the front door!

Despite expected Covid related delays, the service and quality of products provided was top notch. Starting with a very patient and very thorough ordering process, where everything was explained (the different types of windows, doors) material used, installation process, timing, etc. till the in depth quality control by owner after instal, the whole experience was seem less. Michael went above and beyond to ensure the delays were managed to the best of his abilities. High quality of windows and doors, timely and courteous service, awesome installation, and after instal inspection distinguishes Amica from all other competitors. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about his products and it has been a great experience working with him. Despite the global supply chain issue, Michael was able to get our orders produced within reasonable time and installed before the deadline. We were not home during installation so Michael helped check on the progress and keep us updated throughout the process.

Placed a small order of patio door and a window for bedroom.Michael was responsive and friendly making things easier. Installers did a clean job installing and cleaning up the job site, even on a cold day. Installed product looks good.

Mike and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product they sell. We went with Amica because we could tell they were honest snd trustworthy. The product matched the exterior and interior of our home. They were very professional and were able to keep our trim. We are very pleased with our doors and will definitely call back when it’s time to do the basement.

From getting the quote to the installation, Michael was great. He kept us up to date throughout and came back to check on the installation. There were a few things we noticed and Michael came over right away and arranged for the fixes to be done. We are very happy with the service and the quality of the doors and installation.
