Rico is very transparent and honest. He communicates clearly. Although the price of the job increased from the original quote, the scope also increased so in the end it was very fair. His employees are also very hard working. Would definitely use him again.

Michael and George were wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable and reliable. Michael had great suggestions and took the time to answer my numerous questions. The new windows were installed seamlessly. They ensured that everything was taken care of and the process was as easy as possible. I look forward to working with Michael again in the future.

We are renovating our basement and a section required waterproofing. Mario and his team were a pleasure to work with and did a great job! Mario was very responsive and reliable. I highly recommend Mmt Waterproofing!

We recently hired KC to do work on our rental property and are very grateful to have found him! KC did various tasks for us - tiling, installing laminate, painting, installing stove exhausts, and many other odd jobs around the place. KC and his assistant, Bobby, are very professional, courteous, hard working and reliable! He was at the job site every day, staying late most nights, and even delayed a personal trip to make sure our job was done on time. He was always cognizant of keeping us within our budget and helped us avoid unnecessary costs wherever possible. Hiring a reliable contractor or handyman for a job of our size (or any job) can be stressful, but KC made it easy for us to trust him! He is a man of his word and ensured we were 110% satisfied with everything he had done. He was always available to us on the job site and always answered our phone calls promptly. We highly recommend KC and will be calling on him for all of our future handyman needs!
