drain water backflowed through kitchen sinks. filled up both sinks and spilled over the counter, damaged our kitchen cabinets. water leaked all the way out to the living room and ruined living room carpet.

The toilet suddenly had a leak and it caused flooding. We called Wrench it up after we contained the water and Jame came to diagnose and fix the supply line behind our toilet (that was all covered up). He was very informative and professional. He checked our other supply lines and answered some other plumbing questions we had. We had an excellent experience with Jame and Matt (on the phone). Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs.

One of our bathrooms bath faucet was leaking brown water and we needed our wobbly kitchen faucet replaced. Both problems where caused by the poorly work of another plumber relatively recently. We called Wrench It Up and got an appointment really fast. Mahdi was very friendly (even though he had to make a special trip to get a missing part) and the job was superbly done! Wrench It Up is, from now on, our "go to" plumber company.

We called Wrench It Up on a weekend morning to fix a water leak into our main floor dining room from the washroom on the floor above. Matt was responsive, very accommodating and was willing to fit us into a time-slot later that afternoon and didn't charge us a dispatch fee. He promptly arrived on time, inspected the cause of the problem and took the time to carefully explain the problem, his plan to remedy it and the cost. He also cautioned us on other potential unforeseen problems which could cost extra. He gave us a fair quotation for the work and did a good, clean and efficient job. We had a very positive experience (better than any other plumber so far) with Wrench It Up and would most certainly use their service again.

Matt from Wrench It Up came today and fixed the water pipe attached to our fridge. He thoroughly explained how everything works, and gave us two options for the repair. He was done within the hour, took the time to clean up and show us how to push our fridge in and out safely to prevent any damages to the pipe in the future. He also suggested to leave a couple inches of a gap between the wall and the back of the fridge to allow heat to escape. Very helpful advice and thorough. Very reasonable prices for the industry especially for someone with over 12 years experience and master plumber license. Great guy, friendly, professional, clean and efficient.

A rapid response was received to the work request submitted. A free competitive quote was obtained (same day). Multiple options for the job were described, along with the associated costs. All work and cleanup was started and completed the next day. I would not hesitate to use Wrench It Up again for future plumbing needs (very professional).

My problem was a blocked kitchen waste water pipe and a call to
Wrench it Up ( chosen from Home Stars ) I received a quick reply
and a service call within a very short time.
Matt the plumber used three methods to unblock the pipe but was
unsuccessful but identified that the pipe was so blocked it would have
to be cut, capped and rerouted to another accessible down pipe which
Matt quickly and professionally completed, tested and the problem was solved.
