Had 5 windows installed few days ago. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very easy to order. Arrived faster than expected. Great price and warranty policy. They look great. Will see how they hold overtime. So far very happy. Probably will replace the rest of the windows in few years.

Replacement windows work great and look great. All employees were helpful. I saved money, which always helps too.

I wasn't sure what to expect ordering windows online, but being able to chat live during my ordering process was excellent and they were extremely patient and helpful. I also was able to ask questions using the online chat process outside of regular hours and got an answer right away, amazing. My order arrived in Edmonton to the warehouse on time and I was able to show up and get them loaded into the trailer. The guys were very helpful and everything went great. Putting the windows in I had a question (on Good Friday) and I was able to get help from both David and Daryl. Daryl and I actually face timed so that he could help me with a question I had (unreal, find that somewhere else). With the tips from Daryl we were able to get the windows and doors in without and issue. These windows are unreal, they are solid and beautiful, they are the nicest thing at our cabin now! I will be ordering again from these guys and I am telling anyone who is looking for windows talk with these guys first! Thanks to your entire team!!

We chose Panes over other companies because of their transparency, great product and pricing. We found sales tricks and marketing gimmicks presented by other companies untrustworthy, but we felt at ease signing an order t​o replace 8 windows on a f​ir​st meeting with David. I was strapped for time to complete my basement window upgrades to comply with a deadline for the home energy rebate. I had another exterior company come to my home and offer a quote but was not happy with their representative or their concern to rush my order so that my renovation could be completed in time to qualify for the home energy rebate I was after. I turned to Panes manufacturing, they took my custom order and instantly began working on it knowing the deadline I had to work with. I was very impressed by the customer service at Panes above all.
