Panes made all of the windows and transoms for our new home build. The quality, design, price and service was exceptional!! They came highly recommended and now I see why. Thank you to David and the team at Panes!

Our experience with David at Panes was phenomenal! The ordering process was very smooth and the pricing was great. Because the winter was coming soon we were concerned with the turnaround time and Panes were able to get it to us earlier than expected. The product is great and exactly what we wanted. After the windows were installed we noticed that the glass on one should of been frosted. Without question David booked someone on his team to come by and change it. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks David!

High quality windows. Ordered a one off custom casement window, it was manufactured on time and for a very reasonable price.

Messaged David through the site and he responded quickly. His interview was very clear and he was confident in his products.
I had 4 quotes in total including Davids quote. His price wasn't the cheapest but not most expensive. We felt comfortable with David and that he was the only one who didn't push us to make a deal that same day. He gave us time to think things over. Installation date was in late fall. The team was great and very professional. Overall it was a good experience. Windows are great so far!

We needed to replace 3 windows but exact size is not readily available at any other stores so has to be made to order. I have tried calling a few manufacturers in Edmonton. An Edmonton manufacturer took my order but never came back to me to confirm. Probably because I had a small order and the sale did not matter to them. I ordered online from Panes Window and David assisted and recommended correct specifications. Windows were done on time and picked up from their Edmonton store as scheduled. Everything was great about Panes Window! I am one happy customer :)

They screwed up my order. It happens, no big deal. It's what a company does next which speaks to their integrity. This company apologies profusely, put in another order immediately, rushed the order through, got it finished asap, and hand deliverer it to me asap. Their windows are good quality, but it's how they responded to this mistake that really made me take notice. Really good job guys, keep it up.

All windows replaced in our house. Fantastic job, excellent service, friendly install staff. In and out in one day. Removed all refuse and offered a great warranty at no extra cost.

After comparing numerous window manufacturers I found Panes to come out on top in all categories . Window was manufactured as ordered, did fit ,works perfectly and was delivered on time. Very impressed with their products and prompt service.
