The guys at Panes Window manufacturing have work ethics. It is so important nowadays! You know the install will be done right and that the product I will receive will be good! Cannot wait to receive my second window!

Excellent service right from the start of booking consult appointment. Windsor’s made to size and installation was very professional and efficient. I will use panes again for the other projects.

Needed replacement pane, wanted to hire professional but all in area, not working due to COVID. Decided to replace pane myself. Ordered using online scheme without problem, but had problem knowing how to match my window the best, so phoned Panes for assistance. They provided the information I needed around what type version of coating to get which ended up matching my specific needs.

They were helpful. No Delivery option available so had to drive to the factory to pick it up. The pickup went smoothly, provided help to load the window into my station wagon, and subseqent self installation went OK.

Glass double pane was good value, as described, and ready on time.

I would recommend the company as a good source for replacement panes. Only room for improvement would be ability to have delivery option.

I needed just a replacement double pane window glass as one that I had broke. Most manufacturers will not sell to you directly but Panes will. Albina was very helpful and provided valuable guidance and highlighted a few valid concerns about my request. Once all the concerns were addressed, I ordered the glass through the website form. The form was well laid out and provided many options to choose from. It actually shows you the exact price of every option so that you can evaluate a few different scenarios to determine the most suitable solution. I went to pickup my glass about 10 days later and they even packaged it so that it was safe to transport in my van. I installed it that night as it was a simple job. Saved me a few hundred dollars.

I broke my window and called them. After providing the measurements I got the quote from them and picked up my order in a week or so. It was a perfect match to the existing frame.

Panes was fantastic to deal with. Right from the beginning with getting an estimate David was great to deal with, professional and prompt replies to all the emails that I sent with questions, seriously I don't think he's ever not "at work" as every message I sent was replied to minutes later, even on a Sunday night.
Installation was spot on. My windows and doors look great.

I was having a major renovation done in my home and replacing all the windows and doors was one of many projects happening simultaneously and I can honestly say that the guys from Panes were by far the easiest trades people to deal with out of all of them.

Panes will not leave until you are 100% satisfied. In fact, after my new front door was installed it was damaged by one of the other trades people in my home and Panes fixed at no charge even though the damage had nothing to do with them.

From our very first contact, the service has been exceptional. I placed and order and then, with David's help, realized there was a better option, and he revised the order immediately. The installation team is fantastic, really friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We've had the windows in for a few months now, they are incredibly smooth to open and close and look really great. All that and at the best price I could find. We've recommended them to friends and family.

Thanks Panes! We ordered the window online and it was ready for pick up earlier than promised. It was easy and accurate - the new window fit perfectly, went in like a breeze and was excellent quality for a great price. We'll be back!

I've bought windows from Panes three times and will choose them again in future. As a DIY guy I appreciate the option to save a bit of money by installing the windows myself. And this is one of the few places that will let me buy windows one at a time as I need them. Plus they have the best prices around, excellent quality, and fantastic customer service.

Some delays with shipping and such but that's expected these days. I gave the manager a hard time and he remained professional throughout.
To be honest, I haven't received the windows yet so this is simply a review my experience dealing with the manager up to this point.
I will try to update the review after I've installed the windows and patio door.
