Panes Window Manufacturing

I needed windows fast, I had booked siding installation and decided shortly after that we should replace the windows. We had about 4 weeks before the siding crew was to come. I called Panes, Dave answered and he promised to have them ready. He is a man of his word, the windows were done with more than a week to spare. Perfect size and great quality. We purchased the double hung and are extremely happy with them and the excellent service from this company.

One IMPORTANT thing for the shipping. The particle board is thin (that's not too bad) but the screws used to assemble the wood around the window for shipping are not the right ones. You need to use screws with the larger pan heads - designed specifically for particle board.

Several things I was pleased about:

3. The window arrived in a wooden box - super solid and cushioned up on inside.
4. Yes there was a 4-5 week wait time but local guys quoted me 6 weeks and sounded annoyed I was ordering just 1 window.

David took the plan for the windows and doors and give me a very competitive quote. The process was seamless and accurate the windows and doors arrived on time for the builders schedule and they were perfect. I would recommend this company to everyone the customer service is the best I have encountered in a long time.

Panes windows were fantastic to deal with and my large order of 25 custom windows showed up in a timely manor. They are very well made windows and are exactly as I ordered them . Though 4 of the windows were fixed windows that were supposed to be casement. I contacted David and he sent out 4 new casement windows free of charge with no hassle. I would recommend Panes windows to anyone and David was great to deal with.

I have replaced 9 window panes this time. The quality of the panes is exceptional. The rooms in the 2nd floor used to be very hot in summer even though additional insulation has been added in the attics. After replacing the window panes, all these rooms are so comfortable, in particular to one of these rooms that is facing West where the panes were replaced with triple low-E layer with Argon gas. This room is now so comfortable even in the hottest days during the summer. The services provided by David is also exceptional. One of the panes was manufactured incorrectly and David offered a free replacement. Thank you David.
