Thanks Panes! We ordered the window online and it was ready for pick up earlier than promised. It was easy and accurate - the new window fit perfectly, went in like a breeze and was excellent quality for a great price. We'll be back!

WARNING - They don't fix and they don't care
When my fridge was on the fritz, Appliance Guys come up first in a websearch. That, and all those stars on their ad fooled me. We gave the 'guy' a $400 limit and 15 minutes later he installed a new part and charged us $450. By the recommended next day, the fridge still wasn't working. He came back, said he would phone with a price of a compressor. He never phoned. We phoned to say take back the unnecessary part, refund us that and labour, but keep the $80 appointment fee. THEY REFUSED TO HAVE ANYMORE TO DO WITH US. They said 'they are not an advice company' and we should be content with the service we received. At $450 and a still broken fridge, I don't think so. For shame, Appliance Guys.
