Excellent windows with fast service. I really liked the fact that I can follow my windows during production from assembly to packaging. The windows look great and arrived very well packaged. Very easy to use website for getting pricing on windows. Smooth ordering process. WE had a hiccup related to the glass we ordered which delayed the delivery of the patio door; but the company went out of it way to help with the install and ensure we are happy. A shout out to all the fine people at Panes - Daryl, Phil and David.

Due to a wait on glass and having a hiccup with our order the wait time turned out to be a lot longer than expected. Daryl's communication throughout truly finished off a long process on a high note. He was prepared to make sure we were taken care of each step of the way.

Vasily, our installer, did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. All in all this was a fantastic experience. Panes definitely made up for an issues with the exceptional service. Never have I had an issue with a large purchase and been so happy with the outcome.

I am very happy with my purchase from Panes windows, the process was painless. I spoke with technical support online and they explain how to measure and how to install including the type of screws to use and how much gap to leave around the windows. The website was easy to use for ordering and the production date for pickup was sooner than advertised. When I arrived to pick up the windows the warehouse manager couldn't have been more helpful helping me load up my vehicle. I did do my homework and Panes price was better than the competition and the quality was comparable. It took about 2 days to install 5 windows including all the trim and they have made the place so much warmer.
