I submitted a request through HomeStars about a leak in my father's basement, under the staircase. Stay Dry Waterproofing responded was one of the first to respond, and offered to have someone visit the home to do assessment within 1-2 days. The assessment of root cause was plausible and made sense, given location of the leak and proximity of drain. A few other companies who came gave explanations that did not seem reasonable, or suggested repairs that did not help us feel confident that the leak will not re-occur. Stay Dry removed a few steps from the staircase, installed weeping tiles, and installed a sump pump. Stay Dry also replaced the steps that were removed, by sending a crew member who has carpentry experience. The crew came on time, and completed within 1 day. A 25 years Warranty certificate is provided for the work. My father and I are very happy with the service from the initial response time, consultation, and completion of the job.
