This is my official THANK YOU to Rowan and his Team on an excellent job! I contacted 3 companies rated highly on HomeStars, but Purple Properties was by far exceptional in their professionalism and response to my inquiry. They were prompt, set up appointment for assessment, Jordan was punctual, pleasant and provided a detailed written quotation, with clear breakdown of the costs. A Project Manager was assigned, who provided input on the design and selection of materials on a 1 day shopping trip. The work site was kept very clean and tidy every single day, and large disposals removed promptly from our property. The workers were very friendly, VERY PUNCTUAL, and easy to communicate with. Each bathroom has its own character, one is bright and airy modern farmhouse feel, while the other gives boutique hotel vibe. Both look amazing, and we are extremely happy with the results (see before and after pics). Thank you to Rowan and his entire hardworking crew. We've worked with other contractors before (all found through HomeStars)- our experience with Purple Properties would rank them at the top. Based on our experience with PP, we highly recommend their services.

I submitted a request through HomeStars about a leak in my father's basement, under the staircase. Stay Dry Waterproofing responded was one of the first to respond, and offered to have someone visit the home to do assessment within 1-2 days. The assessment of root cause was plausible and made sense, given location of the leak and proximity of drain. A few other companies who came gave explanations that did not seem reasonable, or suggested repairs that did not help us feel confident that the leak will not re-occur. Stay Dry removed a few steps from the staircase, installed weeping tiles, and installed a sump pump. Stay Dry also replaced the steps that were removed, by sending a crew member who has carpentry experience. The crew came on time, and completed within 1 day. A 25 years Warranty certificate is provided for the work. My father and I are very happy with the service from the initial response time, consultation, and completion of the job. I highly recommend Stay Dry based on my experience.

I found BLB on HomeStars, based on their highly recommended reviews. So it is only appropriate that I leave a review. I replaced the existing vinyl siding, front, sides and back of home. They were the basic, builder siding that is plastic looking and unattractive. The James Hardie siding has given my home a more polished, higher-end finish. I am very pleased with the final result. I chose BLB Exteriors over a few other contractors I contacted (also found on HomeStars). BLB Corp was quick to respond- foreman/Esteban was out to measure, provide samples, and discuss with me the options within a day of contact. The quotes were detailed, with full breakdown of what was included/not included. They even provided 3 separate quotes to allow me to decide which options best suited my budget. Esteban was quick to answer questions and flexible to revise quotes as needed. Their quoted pricing was competitive with other contractors. The job was completed faster than the original estimated timing. I did have questions/concerns about the finished gables and dormer over the garage. But these were well explained and addressed appropriately with minor touch-ups. Given my experience and interaction with BLB Corp, I highly recommend them to others. Their level of service, flexibility, response is fantastic to other contractors I spoke to. I felt they were the most knowlegeable in comparison to other companies, and willing to work with a client who has lots of questions! The crew worked extremely hard and should be commended on their work. They did a great job, the siding looks wonderful. Thanks again to BLB's team.
