Installed new roof in 2021 and won’t honour warranty

Bought a home in 2022, roof had just been replaced in 2021 by HM Roofing and Siding Inc. The receipt and warranty was transferred to me. Now I have a leak in the roof and the person I spoke to said owner was in Afghanistan and he was only a shingler and couldnt help me, suggested the issue was only melting frost. 1. No frost, 2 water enough to puddle on stairs.
Do not use this unprofessional company. They dont honour their warranties and their work is subpar.
