Bought a home in 2022, roof had just been replaced in 2021 by HM Roofing and Siding Inc. The receipt and warranty was transferred to me. Now I have a leak in the roof and the person I spoke to said owner was in Afghanistan and he was only a shingler and couldnt help me, suggested the issue was only melting frost. 1. No frost, 2 water enough to puddle on stairs. Do not use this unprofessional company. They dont honour their warranties and their work is subpar.

Larry and Jimmy from JL Evolution do sloppy work at best, and dont know what the city bylaws or codes are. I have a deck that needs to be torn down because it isnt safe and looks like I built it myself. Larry and Jimmy buried the eavestroughing downspout and didnt do it properly so they dont drain at all, which will cause foundation issues if left. Most of the work they did needs to be torn out and redone. Larry said they were done and stopped calling me back even though he had previously agreed to fix all deficiencies. Loads of stress for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Too many photos to upload!!! This was a horrible experience and I dont know how either of them sleep at night.
