Do not hire this company.

They will do their part as the contractor and hire other companies to finish the work they dont offer and screw you over.
Not communicate, and not offer services saying youve declined, without any reasoning as to why something wasnt offered ( saying we didnt want proper drainage in our new basement window which led to water getting into a newly developed basement through the window they did)

$10,000+ later and our window doesnt drain. Our concrete is falling apart and completely crumbling, leading to the door THEY added (which also leaks which is funny that they say their work was all correct and the issue is us declining stuff and concrete pouring isnt their job) have 0 customer service or care to make it right saying because they dont do the concrete pouring that it isnt their issue and that I can contact them myself if I want to figure out anything.
( odd since they are the ones who hired them to do the work and we paid the total invoice to ASAP, not this other company which I didnt find the name of until today)
We now have to spend $9000+ to rip out and redo the concrete ( had another company come look, and a building inspector) and another $1200+ for proper drainage. Something that started off as a $10,000 project for a door, window and concrete ( in which we hired asap concrete for the job) is now going to cost us $20,000 to redo half the work.
They will also not ever contact you so they can keep everything documented or tell you they have sent people to look at your concerns and only communicate that when you say your going to take further action.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, weve spent so much time and money on this and they could care less about their customers.

Extremely disappointed. Hired to install an egress window that was on a time crunch. I explained that to Emma and was told that they could get it done Friday. Got a call mid week that they dont have the window but its coming and we need to reschedule for next week. Voiced that it was urgent and I have landscapers coming next week and all of a sudden she has one in the shop that was just under some other ones. Ok, fine, not the end of the world. Friday comes and no one shows up so I text her asking when theyre coming and she says maybe noon so I again confirm that itll be complete and she says theyll try. Guys show up at 1 pm and confirm the size of the window. Not the same size we ageed to and not the size on the signed quote. So they call Emma and sort it out finally and dug out the hole, they were very friendly and did a great job. That was 2 days ago and now I have a massive pit in my yard (not in any way taped off), a chunk of metal for the window well thrown beside it and 0 communication. Ive sent 3 text messages and called twice and no reply. My landscapers are now going to be delayed and we very well may not make the crunch before the ground freezes. Im reviewing here now in hopes for some sort of communication about whats going on.

My son met with the Estimator, Emma on Friday, the day of the job. He was very impressed with her knowledge & accuracy. She booked "The Crew" to arrive that afternoon at the end of their day. The 2 window areas had been excavated down to the footings, with an extra large area so that The Crew had ample room for safety, set up & cutting. Pit run can be a challenge to work around. The Crew positioned all of their vehicles in a legal manner for courtesy, safety & efficiency. They functioned as a "well oiled machine". It was evident to see that they not only enjoyed working together, but they had a system. When I asked about time lines, I was reassured that even tho' it was Friday afternoon, I was the priority and they would be there until the job was completed. These tradesmen were professional, polite & patient (even as I took photos!). I was addressed & treated like their favorite auntie/mom. They were never rattled by my questions and safety was the priority. Upon completion, everything was packed up and the area left better than when they arrived. Although water is used in the concrete cutting, the mess was negligible inside the house. The windows fit PERFECTLY!!. My experience with All ASAP Construction Ltd did not end on Friday at 7:00 pm. Mrs Sarita, the Office Manager was a joy to work with me in in finalizing the purchase of the extra deep window wells. I would be honored to have a person with her skills & personality working on my team. This company certainly knows how to hire staff with a sense of humor, professionalism and follow through. Thank you for taking care of me. My son chose a wonderful company to make the renovation challenges go away. I am enjoying the extra light in my once dark basement. Karen
