I live downtown Toronto, I've lived same place 27 years. Beginning of March fire alarm went off 5sm. I had smoke coming through kitchen and bathroom vent. It was terrifying. I made claim through insurance and found puroclean. I spoke to Greg and that man knows his stuff! He broke down what needed to be done . When he arrived in person he was maticulous and detail oriented. He explained what he can do step by step. I was staying in hotel close by. I gave them keys to my place to come

and go as they needed. His team found a third entry point of where smoke came in under kitchen sink . Sent out stuff to be dry-cleaned. His team did my furniture and Greg not only cleaned my stuff but boxed, tagged organized l everything. He did everything from curtains to carpets l. This man doesn't mess around. He kept me informed the entire time. I was never left worrying or wondering. He even did jobs that was the landlord's

responsibility. Made sure my stuff was covered when building cleaners came. I had questions after about ventilation and air, cross contamination and other things he was right there happy to help even when he was not working at my place .they don't just care about what job they do but they care about their customers even after their job is done. I've never met contractors that care so much and detail oriented then these guys. Fast,friendly,efficient and more. Amazing guy and

amazing crew. I didn't pay anything but had to but had to put a price. ,250$ my deductible and he billed insurance directly. Anyone having fire,flood,mould or anything else they do. Don't go anywhere else. Their worth every cent. I told him he should be a landlord. Most landlord's do bare minimum. If he rented the

Unit above mine flooded their unit and subsequently flooded my unit. Greg from Puroclean was the best part of my ordeal with the Insurance company. Having a professional come in and inform me about what the best course of action to take is invaluable. He was a great communicator, talked to me regularly during the entire process. Greg is in my list of recommended contractors. Fully licensed and he has more certification beside his name than a doctor. I'm happy to call Greg a friend and my brother, because anyone that helps me above and beyond my expectations is now considered family!

Greg was amazing to work with! We would recommend him again and again (although given the nature of his service hopefully we won't need him again!) He arrived right away, assessed the remedial work necessary, and took care of everything no muss no fuss. Our property looked better than ever when he was finished his restoration work and he communicated with us throughout the process. It is hard to find businesses that surpass your expectations but this is definitely one!

Greg from puroclean was recommended to me from a con tractor. I had mold and was very concerned for health reasons. He provided me with information to reassure me. He camr with his crew and found the source of the problem. He did not rush however methodically took the cold room apart to fi d the source of the water entering the basement.

Omg! Greg and team from PuroClean were a life saver! We found a large amount of mould in our basement. They came out the next day. Gave us a very reasonable quote. Not even 48 hours after I first called they were here fixing the problem. My baby kitten was wheezing and coughing and sneezing and when I told them that they came out the very next morning. They are very professional, friendly, courtious, and helpful. If I ever have a problem that requires the services that PuroClean provides I will be calling them for sure! I called Puro Clean on a Monday and spoke to the owner Greg. I told him I had discovered mold on the ceiling in the basement. He came by the same day to check it out and by Thursday the mold had been taken care of. His team left the area around the removal of the mold, spotless. He also took great care to discover what was causing the mold and got his plumber in immediately to fix the leak. I told him that we were going to get insurance to pay for the damages. Of course this take time but he kindly waited to be paid through our insurance rather than take the money upfront. He was so professional and accommodating. I was truly impressed with the service we received from Puro clean.
I highly recommend this company. They were simply amazing!

We suffered two floods in a short period of time. Soon after mold developed in several spots throughout the basement. We contacted a couple of companies for a quote on mold removal, and PuroClean responded with a very competitive price. From start to finish, Greg provided excellent customer service; from punctual arrival, to updates, friendly service and education on mold formation and the restoration process. The best mold removal company I have ever encountered with.

I called several companies to remove mold from my basement. Almost all the companies asked for 150$ just to visit my home and estimate. All the companies (except PuroClean) asked for additional 50$ for giving me a document that says the mold is removed.

The PuroClean guy, Greg, visited our home, not only he removed the mold but also gave me the document and he didn't ask for any fee (mold area was very small). He is an angel giving free services. I give him highest recommendation possible.

Had flooding from upstairs batgroom into family room. PuroCleans work was quick, efficient, tidy and organized. They even cleaned up afterwards so there was nothing I had to do. Simple, easy, and hassle-free.
