CANATLAN CONSTRUCTION INC. Took on the challenge of taping and texturing our basement renovation. They also completed some of the boarding we did not get to. New board was tied into old board and required extensive concrete fill to try to even surfaces in some places. A smaller space but a big job. The finished work is exceptional and once painted, you cannot tell old from new. Each wall is seamless and the knock-down ceiling is beautiful.

Luis kept us informed of the progress and the schedule. The crew was respectful of our home and kept things as clean as possible with drywall.

We will definitely call again when we are ready for the next part of our renovation.

Construction of 2 new bedrooms in the basement, removal of an unwanted wall, drywall, taping, painting, ceiling stipple, closet and bedroom doors. Also taping and painting of existing drywall in our garage. All work was done to a very high standard and was completed on time. Luis is very conscientious and very professional. We are completely happy with Canatlan’s work and would definitely use their services again. We have recommended Canatlan Construction to our friends and will continue to do so.
