We cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric, Adam and the rest of the crew at Proline. We bought a 50 year old home only to discover aluminium wiring and multiple improperly done adjustments by previous owners. From the quote through to the finished work the team explained what they were doing and kept us informed of surprises. The only changes in price between the quote and the final invoice were items we added - no surprises in the bill. Over the course of the project they spent more than 6 full days in our home and they were delightful. They took great care to keep the work areas clean and safe as they moved through the whole house. Jolee is always quick to respond and ensures the office side is every bit as professional, efficient, and pleasant as the front line work. While we hope we don't need their services again in the future, we will absolutely call if we do.

CANATLAN CONSTRUCTION INC. Took on the challenge of taping and texturing our basement renovation. They also completed some of the boarding we did not get to. New board was tied into old board and required extensive concrete fill to try to even surfaces in some places. A smaller space but a big job. The finished work is exceptional and once painted, you cannot tell old from new. Each wall is seamless and the knock-down ceiling is beautiful. Luis kept us informed of the progress and the schedule. The crew was respectful of our home and kept things as clean as possible with drywall. We will definitely call again when we are ready for the next part of our renovation.

We needed painting on the exterior of our house, particularly a second story balcony with pillars that required high ladder work. We were in a rush to get the house listed for sale and complete the exterior work prior to pending rain. Rob was able to squeeze us in on short notice, came and did the work in one day, and did an outstanding job! The house looks great and the details of the light and dark colours look wonderful with care and attention not to bleed colours. Much of the ladder work had to be done around gardens and there is no damage to any of the plants. The house is ready for listing and we could not have done it without Rob.

Yesterday morning our furnace suddenly stopped working. At 20+ temperatures this is a huge problem. We called advanpro around 7 am. By 8 am a technician was here to investigate. He was back with the needed part around 10 and had it up and running again in minutes. I've never been so happy to hear my furnace kick in. We used advanpro for the first time 1.5 years ago for furnace cleaning. Yesterday they saved the day and did so quickly and at a reasonable cost. We will absolutely use them again!
