I had my place deep cleaned May 14, 2024. If it was just based on the cleaning work that the two cleaners did, it would have been a 3 or 4. They did a decent job, were kind and pleasant. My issues with the work done was that windows were left streaky, some baseboards were missed, the oven was left covered in cleaner, and some other places were cleaned, but not deep cleaned as per the service. When I was asked to check, I noticed it all, and thought instead of paying them to re-clean something they already did I would just do it myself afterwards. Not a huge deal, and wasnt going to even write a review.
The reason that I am giving one star is because of the owner, Monica, who threatened to show up to my house. In all the communications we had, and as per the website under the deep cleaning/move out cleaning sections I looked at before engaging in services there was no information about timelines and payment methods. I assumed credit card payments would be acceptable. It was only on the invoice that e-transfers were the only method, and that it was expected to be paid same day. Most invoice give 14-30 days to pay, and if it is due day of, it is clearly communicated ahead of time. And had this all been communicated ahead of time, not an issue at all would have made sure it was all good to go, or made the appointment a different day. Without going into personal information, I had to wait until the weekend to be able to do some banking, which I communicated to her - and she threatened to show up at my house.
My issue is with Monica failed to provide all relevant information. Took no responsibility for it, made no accommodation for a failure on her part, and then threatened a client.
