I had an emergency plumbing issue in my basement floor that needed immediate repairs. I chose Rays Homes for the job and very happy that I did!
Ray was honest, thorough and extremely knowledgeable on the task at hand. In layman's terms, I had several leaks in most of the pipes that needed to be replaced. I remember other contractors trying to give me a bandaid solution, which may have been less costly to begin with, but would be much more costly in the end to have someone come back to repair what someone else already supposedly fixed. The process sounded extreme, exhausting. I imagined it would take months to remedy but surprisingly, the entire process took a little under two weeks.
I appreciated Ray showing up every single day working from early morning to night without hesitation or delay.
I hope Ray does not mind this part of my review, but Id like to share what most stuck out: remembering there was a day that a tool he ordered did not come in time. From experience most people would just call ot a day! Thinking that would be the case I was surprised to return to progress! He does not give up and it made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice.
