We are very pleased with our bathroom renovations. Tod was extremely helpful from the beginning. He even came with us to choose our products and was very knowledgeable. He gave us excellent recommendations. Tod was always happy to answer any of our questions during the renovation and was very understanding when we would change our minds about something. At the end of each work day, Tod would go through with us what had been done and go over the plan for the next day. Tod and Joey do excellent work and they were very respectful of our home. We love our new bathrooms so much that we have now decided to do our kitchen and look forward to working with Tod and Joey again. We highly recommend New Age Bathroom Plus.

(1) Unsatisfactory standard of work as project completed more than a month for a small washroom. The end result: shower tray cubicle creaks, shower tray not sealed adequately, exhaust fan not effective and washroom door was not re-installed correctly.
(2) Materials supplied was not the best quality.
(3) Todd walked out of the job when job was only 50% completed despite receiving 90% of his quoted price in cash. Fortunately, he returned the next day to continue with the contractual work.
(4) Promised to rectify the creak sounds of the shower base/tray but was not fulfilled. I think he tried to rectify the creaks as you will notice when you zoom in on the attached pictures but he was unsuccessful. He left the floor boards in that unacceptable condition. Todd did not even talk about replacing the floor boards he damaged. Todd claimed he was not well when we called him more than a month ago to rectify the creaking sounds. He conveniently forgotten to communicate with us since.

I do not want Todd or his associates to come by and rectify the issues. I have to get another contractor to rectify them. Todd should refrain from making promises he cannot keep and lastly to be sincere and honest. He must understand that we are hard working individuals as paying about $11K cash expect to be reciprocated with better service standards.

Tod and his crew are extremely professional provided excellent, meticulous, quality work and materials at a fair price. Communication and assistance with choosing materials throughout the project was exceptional. Would highly recommend and definitely contact for any future work

Tod and his team were and are simply amazing. From our initial contact all the way through to the final finished project of our bathroom remodel, the professionalism, communication, and honesty has been present throughout. Tod even took the time to meet us at showrooms as we were deciding on materials and finishes and supported us with all the questions we had about everything along the way. We have been so pleased with the transformation and outcome Tod delivered! Tod did my bathroom counter rework. He was highly professional and efficient with his work. My counter came cracked from the manufacturer. He assisted us with return and delivery without a hitch. He knows what the customer wants, he is quick to respond. His work is clean and precise, he is experienced of his trade. We are very satisfied with this installation including plumbing.

Tod did two bathrooms (full renovation with replacement of tub/shower in one and new walk in shower in the other) and kitchen back splash tile work. He walked us through the design and showed us the best options so we could get our house back in shape. Tod and his crew were very responsible, working around our schedule. You can't go wrong with this company. Todd's workmanship, communication and honesty are above and beyond. I thought customer service was a lost art - not to this company. They came when they said they would and finished on schedule. I have a couple other things to have done and have already discussed the job with them. I am so glad to have found this company.
