We are return customers of Tods services. After a beautiful 2019 basement apartment renovation, we were pleased to have him back for a recent 3-bathroom renovation in our home.
Tods expertise and his suggestions were extremely helpful in the design and completion of our ensuite, our main bath, and our powder room.
Tods work ethic and communication is excellent. He showed concern and care through the course of an unpredictable pandemic, assuring our safety at all times and pausing carefully as necessary during peak outbreaks, which we appreciated.
Now on to the condo! Due to a sudden illness, a relatives condo needed to be renovated and prepared for sale. So, on the heels of our bathroom renovations, Tod and his crew stepped up and really came through for us!
Under an extremely tight deadline, they transformed the unit from outdated and run down to modern and clean.
In his usual organized way, Tod took on the repairs and replacement of the dingy and damaged walls, flooring, kitchen and bath, and magically upgraded the entire condo to sparkling sale condition. New kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, quartz counters, new flooring throughout, and fresh painted walls. What a transformation!
We kept Tod quite busy over the winter with these combined projects and are so very pleased with the outcome.

My parents needed to get a broken toilet changed as well as the vanity with faucet installation. Tod was a complete professional, he provided us with a quote and explained the specifics of the job and got all the work done on New year's Eve. We are so grateful to him and Joey for getting the job done so quickly and it looks and works great. Would highly recommend him to anyone considering a bathroom reno. We will have him back again for a full bathroom reno in the summer.
