Elite Appliance Service – Hamilton

Elite appliance repair came to my house for a stove repair, they were professional and on time. Work order # 510734

This was a warranty service, work order 513699. Andy arrived at the scheduled time which does not waste my time. He arrived with the correct part, installed it, tested it and was on his way in short order. Andy was promt, courteous and knowledgeable.

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He serviced my refrigerator quickly and efficiently. I will call Elite again for any servicing

Fixed drain issue on dishwasher within minutes. Tech was friendly, on time and patient with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Elite diagnosed problem in seconds and after the part was ordered it took half an hour to complete.

Only downside was the expense of repair on a 3 year old quality appliance.

Microwave kepting tripping our circuit and technician (Wes) was able to locate the problem and fix it promptly. He explained the problem to us and we were very pleased with the service.

Work order # 508145 - Had a wonderful experience with my Tech David He. He was just excellent, friendly, efficient, prompt and careful with the household surroundings (even removing his shoes each time he entered the home). The firm was quite prompt in responding to my calls, and booked the service appointments very quickly! Telephone agents were also very courteous and customer focused. This firm is one I would highly recommend for your appliance repair needs.
