My ice maker stopped working and whirlpool called elite appliance to make it right. They were very fast and professional making the removal and installation painless. Im not sure their rates are as this was a warranty item.

Really happy with the service from Elite. We were notified of arrival promptly. ZACK was very quick and diligent with his work. He was very courteous and friendly and gave some helpful tips too. I had a great experience and would highly recommend their service.

Fantastic quick inaccurate repair of my Samsung fridge

Received my brand new Samsung Smart fridge with noticeable dents on the bottom left door. Samsung warranty department referred me to Elite Appliance repair shop. Scheduling was a breeze technician arrived ahead of time performed the work fast and accurate fridge is now Factory model condition. Thank you Elite Appliance you are now in my phone book .
