Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. No hesitation in recommending Elite to my friends and family. Elite were the second company we called in as we were not happy with how the first company they conducted themselves. Proved to be a great decision as Elite also pointed out our ice maker was broken and needed fixing. WO 444937
