Warranty work on Samsung OTR microwqve

Our brand new Samsung OTR microwave was delivered on Dec 9th, and January 15th it stopped heating. I went through Samsung and they sent me Andy, from Elite. It was a very quick appointment, and great communication, before arriving for the appointment and all throughout. He explained and showed us what was wrong with the microwave and how long would it would take to get the part . The part arrived, he came back and fixed it explaining and answering any questions we had. Very happy with the service. Thanks Andy!
