Just wanted to share a very positive experience I had with this company. I have a washing machine at one of our tenant properties which was leaking water, and explained to Dimitry the problem. He was kind enough to get a very capable and professional technician named Taras over to the property within the next 24 hours. After arriving at the unit at the beginning of the 6-10 time window (appreciate the punctuality) I received a phone call with an estimate to replace the hose on the washing machine, clearly outlining the issue and total cost. After giving my approval, the problem was solved within the hour. What was an initially stressful situation turned into a very satisfying conclusion. I would highly recommend Appliance Repair Experts!!!

It was so easy to book this service through Dimitri. I have a commercial washer and dryer which turns away a lot of companies. Dimitri was happy to book me after hours when I was available. Taras showed up when expected and did a great job, going the extra mile to check my outside dryer vent. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again!

Very happy with this company! They got back to me with a quote within minutes. Taras arrived, diagnosed that the issue didn't require any new parts and promptly fixed our dishwasher. Our dishes haven't looked this clean since we bought the dishwasher!

Great service. Contacted Appliance Repair Experts late on a Monday night and got an appointment for Wednesday. Taras was thorough in diagnosing the cause of the leak and explained all my options. I'll probably need a new machine, but appreciated the time he took. Would use them again.

The technician (Dimitry) was very polite and professional. We didn't have an installation kit (who knew?) but luckily he had one handy. He cleaned up after himself and even moved the old dishwasher out to the curb. Great service! We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Washer in my rental unit needed repair. My requirement was to get the unit fixed as quickly and painlessly as possible at a fair price.
Technician was knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly. Parts were ordered and the job was completed the next day.
I had a bit of an issue dealing with the first technician. The company accommodated quickly and painlessly to change out the technician that came back to complete the job the next day.
I would definitely recommend company and use them again for future repairs.

Dmitry installed our LG washer and dryer with storage pedestal within two days after delivery. [He will install the SideKick pedestal, which is in the process of being replaced by Costco after it was found to be damaged on delivery, at a later date.]

Because he was able to install the appliances without help, he quoted us an excellent price, at least $100 cheaper than the competitors. The job was done proficiently and neatly and Dmitry was very courteous and patient in answering my many questions. He even reversed our dryer door for no charge.

Dmitry serviced my commercial dishwasher yesterday afternoon and did a fantastic job.
It wasn't working properly and he was able to pin point the issue relatively quickly and was able to show me what the issue was.
I had no idea dishwashers had internal breakers. He showed me what to do if this ever happens again.
I'd trust these guys with any other appliance issues I may have in the future.
The Dishwasher is now working as good as new.

I spoke to Dimitri several times for advice on a dishwasher repair.
He answered the calls and directed me what to do. I appreciated the time spent helping and will reach out for the next repair required.
