My fridge was leaking a fair amount of water at the bottom. It could have been a number of things from looking on the internet, but nothing I wanted to tackle on my own. It was easy to book an appointment with the Appliance Repair Experts and a tech was available during the time and date I was able to take off work to be there for the repairs. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly and showed me what the issue was (lots of ice build up on the coils in the freezer and not draining due to the drainage hole being blocked). He glued one of the cracks in the pull out drawer and he showed me how to replace the filter for the ice maker too! Great job Sam!! I would definitely call them again if I need an appliance repair.

Very good and professional service. Called Burak and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He ordered the burner part and installed it. Work just fine. It's a very quick service turnaround.

Was a bit disappointed with the scheduling... the original service call window was missed. Was given a 4 hour window, waited the whole time and got a phone call in the last 7 minutes of the call window apologizing that the repair man won’t make it, we’ll no duh. Did reschedule for another day, got another 4 hour window... got a bit nervous to be honest that once again no one was going to show. Fortunately Taras came, and I’m so glad he did! Nice, friendly and professional. He was quick and clean. He explained what the problem was, plugged drain pipe, and that it’s a common problem. Super happy that we didn’t need any parts, nor did we have to end up buying a new fridge!

Taras quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, and then told us how we could correct the installation ourselves, to save us the labour $ we would have had to pay to have him do it.

ARE called me just in minutes after I posted my request. They arranged a technician visit immediately. He (Taras) showed up in time, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I, myself, am an engineer, very technical and a DIYer! and I recommend them!

Taras was very helpful and he diagnosed the issue and guided us well throughout. He worked with limited resources at our house. He also cleaned up the area after he was done.
