Even though the Tech came out on a Sunday I was not impressed with the service call. Tech showed up and unplugged an LG Fridge evaporator fan connector and re-connected it and the fan started working and he insisted that the fridge would now work. 2 hours later the fridge started getting warm again and was even worse than before. Tech came out on Monday evening and "thought" that the compressor was not functioning or was low on refrigerant. No definitive diagnosis was given and the tech was not qualified to do any work with refrigerant or the Compressor. A complete waste of time & money as I now need to call a "real" certified LG Technician to properly diagnose the problem. Tech was not even versed in the on-board diagnostic function of the fridge. After reading the service manual I knew more than he did. An absolute waste of time and $213.00 for a so-called "diagnosis". This company should focus on hiring technicians that are more brand-specific knowledgeable as "jacks of all trades" are a thing of the past.

EDIT: LG Tech came out to look at the fridge and knew right way the compressor needed to be replaced. This tech made the other one that showed up from this company look like a rank amateur.
