Temperature is -28 , and the furnace is not working , The Blue Ribbon team came through with flying colors , Mike and Jeremy were true professionals , they went over and above what I had expected, I never give a 5 star rating on these reviews however in this case it is well deserved , A very special shout out to Jeremy for giving up his Friday night to resolve the dead furnace issue to a resolution , I can't say in words how much I appreciated the Blue Ribbon response to my problem.

Fantastic! Amazing service from initial phone call to on-site. This started as an emergency because of a leaky pipe - which was handled quickly and reasonably. PolyB replacement is a big job and Blue Ribbon is the company to book! I even decided to replace the aging hot water heater because of my confidence in them. They clean as they go, are friendly and approachable, plus keep you informed every step of the way. Highly professional and skilled team. Very competitive pricing too. I have had other companies in my home over the years and Blue Ribbon is absolutely the best!!

Blue Ribbon was quick to respond for a quote and were they took the most time to ensure the gas lines were properly sized and project would be to code. They were also the only ones to take measurements. Pricing was right in-line with others so I hired based on their attention to detail. They came in replaced the water heater in a couple hours. Looks and works great. The garage heater works great. Heater was a bit of a longer job as it was a new install in a relatively tight work space. Looks great though.

They came and looked, left to get parts and came back to complete the repair in 15 minutes. They charged $1200 and over $350 was for labour.
I was out of town and my wife was home with no working furnace they knew we didnt have many options and it appears they took advantage of the situation.

In mid-November our furnace stopped working and we put a call into Blue Ribbon (11am) and had a service scheduled for 2-4pm the same day. When our service tech arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get the needed part before the end of day. He then returned to our home and installed the part into the evening so we had heat before going to bed.

I live in an older (~1950's) condo building and the shower plumbing was original to the building. To update plumbing, wall had to be opened, in unit shutoff valve installed, new hookups for shower controls/tap/shower head. Very satisfied with service, professional and prompt, answered questions thoroughly. Would recommend to friends and family.
