Working with Patrick and team was amazing. They were organized, clean and most importantly showed up on time. Hard to find contractors these days who can stand behind what they say. Patrick was spot on when he said he would show up and finish the project Will definitely use them again!

I wanted to get a deck with a little bit more flair than what is considered to be the norm. Patrick from Wayland Construction was involved through out the creative design process and the construction to help turn my imagination into reality. Great work!

We were looking for a contractor to build a wooden deck and fence for our new home. Jonathan from Wayland construction was very accommodating. Based on our request he came on the weekend to give us a quote and worked up a plan based on our requests. During the following weeks, to start the job as early as possible, he was keeping us well informed about the schedule. After a few weeks after the rains finished, he and three of his co-workers came and built everything under two days. They were very professional, clean and on time. They even built the fence behind our plants without damaging them.
We were very happy with the price and quality of work and will recommend them to our friends.

We had an existing deck from a renovation we did back in 2003.
Although the deck was still in usable condition we had future plans for social gatherings in the spring and summer months of 2019 and wanted a custom design deck with a gazebo for our guests to enjoy.

Although my husband is a DIY guy, timing was of the essence as we were bogged down by the daily stresses of work and family life, and winter was fast approaching. We were in contact with a few other companies to get an idea or a estimate for having this type of work done.
We felt that Jon and Pat of wayland were a good fit for us because their price was comparable to other companies and they provided better terms such as no deposits to begin and supply materials and a flexible payment structure.

When the project began, they removed the old deck boards and the existing railing to expose the frame of the deck where it became evident that the existing beams were not installed with enough support.
These guys added additional reinforcement to the frame before commencing to continue the project. Despite delays caused by weather Jon and Pat were consistent in finishing the work.

I hired Patrick and John to build our backyard deck after new construction and install aluminum railings. We talked about the building code which they understood, and built our deck . We had to alter the design halfway, and Patrick and John were very understanding that we had different ideas about what we wanted. Non the less, I would hire them again. They are trustworthy and are willing to take some direction.
