The material used was high quality and multiple inspections were performed at each step to ensure quality work is performed.

Our yard sloped upward at the back making it unusable space. With the help of Noah and his team, we came up with a design to build tiered planters. Their skill in planning and building this one of a kind project was very impressive. The had no problem in allowing us to tweak the design as we went along, such as the steps in the middle, as they genuinely wanted to make our vision a reality.

Noah and his Clarity Construction crew were and continue to be great to work with. Noah's professionalism, craftsmanship and flexibilty made what we thought was going to be a very stressfull process very enjoyable and easy on us. Truly a creative pleasure. Our input was always in the mix, and we felt very informed throughout the entire construction. Part of our addition was done with shipping containers which did make for some interesting hurdles, yet Clarity managed to meet all timelines and seamlessly resolve any issues with permits and the likes. Our 100 year old house feels brand new and we have managed to keep it's cool charm and character thanks to Clarity. Noah was also incredibly transparent with spending and budgets and we actually beat the original quote by more than 5%. We needed a big project managed, including a whole new main floor and a 60 square foot addition. Noah was efficient, effective and handled our questions with ease. He handled all of the permits with the city, managed contracting many different trades, and he even saved us money in areas where possible. Our family hired Noah and his team (Clarity Construction Group) to build a garage at our family cottage up north. They did an amazing job! We communicated our ideas to Noah via pictures and emails.
