Excellent service, plus they did a fantastic job on the windows and our doors. Good quality for window and is a satisfying 小cost.

Genady did a great job at my doors. Communication was good, the work was fast, clean, and well finished with caulking.

We are so happy with our finished basement, which was done a few years ago. Tomas and his team of trades were all professional, and excellent workers. We really thought the workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic (especially the tile setter). I loved that after each day there was work done, the work area was cleaned up and pretty much spotless. We were nervous to do our basement, but had a referral from my sister and could not be happier with our decision. The work was done very well, at a good price, and with someone we trusted to do it while we were away on a trip for part of the job. I understand the business is more focused on windows and doors now, and we love the clean lines and quality of the doors we got installed in our basement. If we have any future needs for windows and doors we will for sure go with Dekorum. Thanks Tomas .

Looked initially to have two old inefficient single pane windows replaced as part of a complete basement reno. Genady provided me with a reasonable and fair quote, knew exactly what was needed to be done after asking essential questions including the type of windows we were looking for. Other than having to wait for the manufacturer, Genady and co-worker installed both windows, cleaned up the outside with proper finish, and even installed matching trim on the inside. All I was left with was painting the inside frame and trim. Super workmanship as expected. He's busy due to other projects but ALWAYS got back to me throughout the project. Much thanks!!!

The Dekorum team were excellent from beginning to end. Incredible attention to detail from the initial discussions through measuring, quoting and then installation. They communicated all the way through the process, were on top of every detail and ver accommodating. You could tell that they would not be satisfied unless we were satisfied. The product quality was excellent and we are so happy with the end result. Highly recommend!

Genady and Tomasi were incredibly efficient and professional.the entire process, from ordering the windows to the installation has been easy and quick.
They have been able to install all our 11 windows in only 48 hours.
They left our place clean and they were very nice to deal with. They even took the time to fix our old wood bed frame .
They went above and beyond our expectations.

Dekorum was great - they replaced 4 windows in total, as well as the back door in our kitchen. We especially like the new kitchen window, it makes a huge difference. The previous owners had mangled the frame to fit in more cabinetry. The Dekorum team were able to replicate the original frame surrounding the window and you wouldn't know! They worked tirelessly until the work was done. I'd highly recommend.
