Dekorum Windows & Doors

We got all windows replaced and new one installed by Dekorum Home Improvement (Gena). Windows were made by Vinyl-Pro and they are good quality. Gena advised us for LOE 272 and that was very good for efficiency. After installation we find very good improvement for retaining the inside temperature of the house. He gave competitive quote, finished work in time. His installer Thomas is also a good professional. Gena responds whenever I approached.
I don't have good experience about customer service of Vinyl-Pro. I understand that company don't respond to customer directly but customer service is not up to the standard with industry peers. Life time Warranty certificate given by Dekorum is recognized by the company only Vinyl-Pro PO number is added on the warranty certificate.
I will definitely recommend Gena.

Dekorum did an amazing job with replacing my old windows. From the very first sales meeting till the last cleanup stage - they behaved extremely professionally, were always timely & super-responsive and frankly gave me the best value.
At the day of installation, they worked non-stop the whole day to replace all 12 windows and to cleanup after themselves.

The guys from Dekorum were great. The were fast, friendly and efficient. They placed drop clothes throughout the home to minimize dirt tracking. They did a great job cleaning the exterior as well. Very happy with the work, I would definitely recommend.

Replaced a wooden door with a steel one. The new door swings very smoothly, and is tightly sealed (ladybirds will have to find another way in come fall). The old door, frame, and broken window were disposed of as well.
Tomas and Gennady are the principals of Dekorum. Tomas actually did the work himself. And a special thanks for re-mounting the mailbox that was blown over during the recent derecho.

Gena and team installed a new front entry door. The process form quote to install was smooth and quite quick (around 8 weeks total). I was happy with the quality of the install and the advice provided. The door opens perfectly smoothly and they installed the Smart lock hardware provided.

Gena evenhelped fix something on another door (and wouldn't take any extra when offered).

Gena and Tomas arrived on time and worked continuously for almost 10 hours to install 10 windows. These two hard working individuals worked room-by-room by removing the old windows and then installing the new ones. Its surprising how very little insulation there was around the old windows. No wonder there are cold drafts in the winter. All the ordered windows were properly measured and fit as planned. Gena and Tomas ensured proper foam insulation around the entire window. In addition, the right amount of outdoor caulking was sufficiently applied and looks very professionally done. Both Gena and Tomas cleaned up after completion of the installation. An EXCELLENT job from start to finish. Both Gena and Tomas have an EXCELLENT work ethic. Were very happy with price and work. Other company prices were quite a bit higher because youre also paying for the Consultation. We highly recommend Dekorm Home Improvements!
