We are very happy with the basement renovation and all the work done by Paul and his workers. He is very involved, does a really professional job, always shows up when he says he will, great communication, invoices weekly so you know what you have paid for and all around a nice guy very easy to work with. We called Your Design Build for a consult on a bathroom Reno plus to fix a kitchen ceiling and bedroom wall for water damage from the bath tub. From start to finish the company was excellent to deal with, Paul is very efficient with his work and pays great attention to small details. As well we loved the great flexibility to pick our own fixtures and tiles, plus Paul picked up the large items for us. Paul made sure to do the job to code and ensure our electrical and plumbing was corrected by certified professionals. He also made sure to add as much insulation and a proper vapour barrier to help with heat loss in the bathroom. Paul and his team at Your Design Build will be our go to contractor to do any future renovations at our home.

This is the 2nd time we've hired YDB to build a retaining wall and fence. We are very happy with it - well-built, solid, looks great. They were careful to clean up the space after - even planted grass seed by the new wall. Would definitely hire again.
