Determined a new roof was in order in August. Read several reviews and decided to contact Warner Roofing. Andrew responded for a site visit the next day. He and Sara sent a very detailed quote. We were able to make a deal within 24 hours. Booked a time 6 weeks out and Sara kept us informed as time got closer and work started on time.
Great crew arrived, prepped the site and diligently and professionally did a superb job, including clean up. Excellent workers and quality.
Probably the most pleasurable Company I’ve done business with.

They also went above and beyond. Twice they went out of their way to temporarily patch sections of our roof to prevent further leaking until the scheduled job took place. They did this at no additional charge.

Last year, I hired Warner Roofing for minor roof repairs and was very much impressed by Andrew's quick response to our needs. When we decided to have our entire roof re-shingled this spring, however, I wondered if it was safer to go with a big established company or choose a younger company like Warner Roofing. Sara does the administrative part of the job and she is a very capable business lady. The communication with her was superb during the whole process. You can trust this company. Got the roof re-done in August 2019 - very satisfied and would completely recommend Warner Roofing to others. Some highlights from my experience -
* the most complete roofing system offered compared to others I've called for an estimate - underlayment of the entire roof, 3-ft ice and water shield, Owens Corning starter shingles, duration shingles, ridge shingles and drip edge - at a very competitive price
* the crew were polite, respectful, professional and efficient
* immaculate clean-up - tarped the whole perimeter of the whole house, even covered the AC to prevent nails from falling in before the work began; when done, took considerable effort to make sure everything's cleaned up;
* EXTREMELY responsive - both Sara and Andrew are great, keeping me updated on the work schedule and anytime there's a question, it's VERY prompted answered
* The estimate is the final invoice cost - absolutely no hidden cost.

Warner Roofing was very highly recommended to me by close friends who had been extremely impressed with the honesty, quality of workmanship and excellent level of customer service demonstrated by this company. After checking out the rave reviews on Home Stars and Google I decided to ask them for a quotation.
From the initial contact stage to the planning process and then final installation; Andrew and Sara were very polite, attentive and timely in responding whether by text, e-mail or telephone. They were always pro-active in keeping me informed about the work progress.
Andrew actually came in person to assess and discuss what the job entailed, and, to determine what my needs and requests were. He pointed out the pros and cons of various roofing product lines, brought samples to look at, made suggestions and answered all my questions (and I had many) promptly and in great detail.
Kudos also to the experienced, professional work crew who were courteous, meticulous in their workmanship, and respectful of my home. Even the cleanup of my property upon completion of the job was flawless.

When we were considering the roof to be done, we didn`t know where to start. We also had some concerns over how the roof was previously done by the builder. And the crazy wind in the last few years definitely make the roof project more of a priority. We tried to do some homework and talking to people we know. One thing we have learned through the process is that we need to find ourselves a good roofer and not a nailer, as well as very good product.

Re-shingle is one of the most big ticket items to invest in the house. But, a roofing job is not a one-time job. A roof can last between 15 to 40 or 50 years if the right crew is hired to put on with the right product Also, if the vendor will continue to stand behind their commitment of their product and service after installation. This makes vendor selection especially important, but it`s all worth it if the right company can be found. It is crucial to understand that while every house has a roof, yet only when you have a professionally done roof that will offer you a home as everything is under the roof.

Thanks to Facebook where Sara answered one of the roof related posts, that`s how we learned about Warner Roofing. We exchanged emails last year. His price was not what we learnt from our friends. But when we met Andrew in person after he looked at the roof and explained to us what he observed and his plan for the roof, his passion and knowledge won our trust. Knowing that Sara and Andrew are in this business together made us much more confident for some reason... :) We have always been very chicken to step into these kind of foreign investment decisions. And many many and many many questions has been asked. They handled them all kindly, timely, and sincerely. And we do understand and accept that we`d be more than happy if we get what we pay for.

Like everyone here, we were extremely happy with the experience and the crew at Warner`s Roofing for our roof re-shingle project. Everything was delivered the way how it was communicated to us.
