When we were considering the roof to be done, we didn`t know where to start. We also had some concerns over how the roof was previously done by the builder. And the crazy wind in the last few years definitely make the roof project more of a priority. We tried to do some homework and talking to people we know. One thing we have learned through the process is that we need to find ourselves a good roofer and not a nailer, as well as very good product.

Re-shingle is one of the most big ticket items to invest in the house. But, a roofing job is not a one-time job. A roof can last between 15 to 40 or 50 years if the right crew is hired to put on with the right product Also, if the vendor will continue to stand behind their commitment of their product and service after installation. This makes vendor selection especially important, but it`s all worth it if the right company can be found. It is crucial to understand that while every house has a roof, yet only when you have a professionally done roof that will offer you a home as everything is under the roof.

Thanks to Facebook where Sara answered one of the roof related posts, that`s how we learned about Warner Roofing. We exchanged emails last year. His price was not what we learnt from our friends. But when we met Andrew in person after he looked at the roof and explained to us what he observed and his plan for the roof, his passion and knowledge won our trust. Knowing that Sara and Andrew are in this business together made us much more confident for some reason... :) We have always been very chicken to step into these kind of foreign investment decisions. And many many and many many questions has been asked. They handled them all kindly, timely, and sincerely. And we do understand and accept that we`d be more than happy if we get what we pay for.

Like everyone here, we were extremely happy with the experience and the crew at Warner`s Roofing for our roof re-shingle project. Everything was delivered the way how it was communicated to us. A very committed team at Warner Roofing Inc. indeed. The clean up was excellent. The job was completed with Andrew`s inspection. Concerns were always taken seriously.

Although we cannot comment on the next 15 years of service under their labor warranty, we trust that a passionate vendor who is willing to continue to have communication with their customers will succeed in their future and stand behind their work.
