Warner Roofing team Andrew and Sarah completed our roof replacement with meticulous attention to detail, they took great measures to protect our landscape and plants during the construction process and completed our roofing project while working on sections only as weather permitting to ensure that the whole job is completed without exposing any section to the elements. What I liked about this company is that they did a great job even going over details that were not in the contract such as strengthening gutters with additional nails where needed, the quality of the completed roof is astounding. Top notch service from Warner Roofing. Andrew, Sara and Monika were very professional and provided detailed quotes, samples, documentation, status updates and even pictures of the roof work in progress. They also coordinated a warranty certificate with Owens Corning which is transferable! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with their work and cleanup after the job. I've dealt with other roofing companies in the past and none come close to the professional service from Warner. And best of all, Warner does NOT ask for money up front, only payment on 100% completion of job.

Had a bad leak in our roof. Everyone was trying to convince us too replace the whole roof. Sara was the only one that actually took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed. Both her and Andrew were extremely professional and helpful. They are our go to for all roofing needs now.

This is a true event and not a paid review. My roof was leaking in my baby's room during peak raining times in fall season and the original roofing company who did my roof four years ago denied the warranty on bad Craftsmanship due to change of ownership. I had to call around town to find a reliable roofing company to perform an emergency repair the same day and most of them are either busy or unavailable and some don't event pick up the phone. When I dial Warner roofing, not only they picked up the phone right away (7am) , they go out of their busy schedule to performed the same day repair on my roof to stop the leak and came back the following week Monday to replace shingles , water and ice sheets and other misc which my original roofing company didn't replace to start with. Long story short, I want to give Andrew , Sara and Bruce big big thanks for saving my day and my roof . I highly recommend Warner roofing company to my family and friends. Exceptional customer service and outstanding craftmanship.
