This was a small job, workshop 14 x 24.
Took about 4 hrs. Impressed with there prep work. Tarps all over the place including the neighbours yard. 2 sheets of plywood were taken up to check on sufficient air circulation for the 3 vents. Top quality products were used.
Great thorough cleanup job at completion. They even left me enough shingles to cover my bird feeder roof. The birds loved it.
Great to help a local independent family contractor.

Dealing with Andrew and Sara was an absolute pleasure. We had so many questions before spending so much money and they both went out of their way (even from their vacation) to patiently address all of our many concerns. They always went above and beyond to help us, even trying to help us with an old class action shingle claim that had nothing to do with them. We ultimately decided to go with them as we felt like they would be there for us if we needed any after sales service.

It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew and Sara for the new roof on my nephew's house. Right from the start I liked their "no pressure" approach and the patience they displayed as I worked between family members to select colours, etc. Once everything was settled from our end, Warner Roofing was on the job in just a few days and completed the roof efficiently.

I found Warner Roofing Inc. on HomeStars and, based on previous reviews, I decided to hire them to re-shingle my entire roof. I had a few quotes from other companies; however, I decided to go with Warner because the President, Andrew, seems very knowledgeable and also the price he quoted was very reasonable.

Andrew and his administrative staff, Sara and Monika, were amazing to deal from the beginning to the end of the project.

The crew was very courteous and respectful through out the entire project. They worked very hard and did a thorough clean up at the end of each day.

Initially, I was contacted by my tenant due to a roof leak at my property in Bradford.
I contacted a few different roofing companies in the area, after reading some reviews on-line and checking their websites.

Warner Roofing responded very quickly and professionally, and were able to send someone to check the roof the same day.

When Warner arrived, I was contacted via text and some pictures sent showing the problem area. Andrew temporarily patched the roof to prevent any further leaks.

Warner then presented me with a professionaly quotation with thorough scope of work that was easy to understand and offered a couple different options to replace the roof.

The work was planned and scheduled with very little issues, and the work completed ahead of schedule. Pictures were sent throughout the day and any minor issues easily resolved.

We contacted Warner Roofing to quote replacing our asphalt shingle roof in May 2020. We had some particular requests in our RFQ. Andrew and his office generated an itemized quotation. After considering competitive quotations and speaking with Andrew on the phone, we decided to move forward with Warner Roofing. One of our primary decision points in selecting Warner Roofing was having Andrew Warner working on our roof.

The Warner Roofing team arrived on the scheduled start day. Windows, doors, and landscaping were protected with tarps and plywood. Throughout the project, Andrew sent us pictures of progress. It was very evident that the Warner Roofing team takes pride in their work. We lost a few days due to weather, but we were always informed when the team was unable to work. The end result was excellent as expected. The new roof looks great.

In some projects, things go wrong. During our project, a section of eaves-trough was damaged by the shingle elevator. Andrew immediately took ownership of the problem and had the damaged section of trough replaced.
