The stairlift is built solid of steel tubing with gear, the technician work are excelent . The stairlift demostration on how to used it is very clear.

Professional team of David, Ben and Joe installed a sturdy safe stair lift for my Father. This team was punctual, very patient with my 86 year old father’s disabilities and took the time to explain and demonstrate this curved model. The family is very impressed with Stannah and the quality and service of timely delivery and quick instalment. During these challenging time’s of covid-19, this team of installers adhered to social distancing and wearing masks. I was in the market for a stairlift. I researched and met with representatives of multiples of suppliers/ manufacturers. My choice was Stannah. Their representative visited our place twice, answered all our questions & explained everything in details. The two technicians who came in for installation did a very good job, clean smooth installation. They explained the operation in details. We are happy with our choice.

Needed a chairlift so my mum could go up & down the stairs to exit our home. Matthew was so helpful during the initial consultation. Gave me all the info I needed, answered my questions and was not pushy about the sale. After looking at two other major brands, decided Stannah was the best in design, quality & service. Lori coordinated the installation which only took a few hours. Six months later, and I am 100% satisfied with my decision. Mum is able to go to appointments without having to dread the stairs. She’s very happy. And we’re all thankful to the wonderful team at Stannah.

We needed to move my mom to our home short notice but we needed a stair lift for a curved staircase quickly. Christy came out to the house quickly. She measured and explained the process before giving a quote. So great because when we made the decision we wouldn't have needed anyone to come back to measure. We decided to go with Stannah because of Christie and her expertise and thoughtfulness.
She was able to request a rush for the stairlift and I heard back fast from head office exact dates the chair lift could be expected. Kyle and Joe were excellent technicians to do the install. It looks better than I thought it would. Very happy with our whole experience!

My dad suffered a stroke 5 years ago and with time his mobility deteriorated. We've contacted Stannah to receive a quote for a stair lift. The representative, Christy was wonderful to work with.
