Remzi Tiling

Got him to come in do a small compact bathroom floor with in-floor heating for 1450 incl. materials, excl. tile which I provided myself. Installed tiles aren't at the same height & tiles are not level. So a pretty bad job on the floor - but useable. In the process he scratched my brand new tub but of course that "wasn't him" - even though it is a perfectly circular scratch from the corner of tile down to the floor where it sits.

At the same tine I paid 1950 for tiling a tub surround - again, I provided the tiles. The final result actually look great. However, grout has gaps and the silicone application at the end was bad.

On top of that, he did not stay clear of the toilet drain, with mortar all over the area where the flange needs to be screwed into the subfloor. So now my plumber is trying to figure out how to clean that up.

I have been trying to get him to come back and fix the deficiencies for about 2 weeks - I have been ignored via texts, voice mail, calls. So it is clear that he is of the mindset that he got paid and has no intention to to come and fix things. So I now have to pay another tiler to come and fix up his bad work as much as possible - some of which cannot be fixed.
