We hired Justin to replace our flooring with vinyl plank on the upper level and stairs. Justin was phenomenal! He was kind and courteous he cleaned up after himself super easy to work with. He did an incredible job with the flooring and stairs. I would never use anybody else but Justin! He is a true artist!

Without much lead time Justin was able to install a new basement floor as promised. The tile design and stairs really finish our home. Going to the basement is a pleasant task now. Max kudos to Justin.

We had the house ready for him to do the installation - old flooring removed and most furniture were moved. This had resulted in the installation moving along well without any interruptions with having to move anything multiple times along the way. The flooring went in quickly and within the estimated time.

Justin is efficient and takes pride in the work that he does, and he does a much better job than if I were to take on the install myself.

We had the flooring on our 5-split townhouse replaced. The original flooring was predominantly carpet with linoleum in the kitchen and entry. Justin of Prowood flooring provided us with estimates for each floor and for the stairs.
Having accepted the estimates, we arranged a starting date for about 3 weeks later. Justin was able to arrange the work schedule to comply with our timelines.
The team arrived on time on the start date. They removed the old flooring, prepared the sub-floor and laid the new vinyl planks and tiles. The team was courteous, thorough and efficient. The work progressed as promised and was completed on time. The solution for the stairs is perfect including the blunt-nose stair tread.
They worked in our home while we were still in residence. They carefully worked around and moved our items as necessary. As part of the agreement they also removed the old flooring from the premises .
The flooring completely meets our expectations. We are planning to replace the carpet which is in our basement. We will definitely engage Prowood Flooring for the work also.
