Been in my townhouse for just over a year and it is noisy. You can hear when people in the next townhouse walk around. It is enough to knock your pictures off the wall. The condo board does nothing to make the place look cleaner or more presentable. They do clean off the sidewalks but that is it. Gravel everywhere on the sidewalk and in the grass areas. They are still fixing mistakes made from the original build. A YEAR LATER...the area is nice but they are building a ridiculous amount of homes to stuff into the area.....I am so disappointed. I lived in Aspen Hills for years and moved into a retirement townhome and I am thinking of moving again. I can't stand the constant noise. To make matters worse, the lanes are so small and people park every which way and the condo board does nothing to control the cars coming in and visiting. I would never buy from Avi again.

The guys that moved me to my townhouse were slow, incompetent, complained constantly and were so careless with my boxes. I had everything marked in big red letters "Fragile" and also which room they were to go in. I found many "Fragile" boxes at the bottom with other boxes on top. I moved into a brand new home and they scratched and dented my walls. Keep away, they put furniture in a room and then piled the boxes all around the furniture so I had to move the boxes to get to the furniture. I so regret using them !!! Pictures tell the story.

Eric is a very responsive business owner who addresses issues quickly and resolves any problems without fuss. His staff were polite, friendly and efficient and the pricing was reasonable. I am happy with his services and will continue to use him in future years. Excellence is hard to find these days. Good job, Eric.

Justin and crew worked on time, quickly and did a great job. He is a responsible guy and came back to adjust the door when I asked him. I am very happy with the results
