**Home owner beware.** My experience with Terry started off great, we had a 5-8 min phone conversation about what I was looking for in a cleaning company & expecting as a finished service, i made sure to mention i wanted a deep clean & not a surface clean.  Terry was very charmatic and ensured me that his company specializes in deep cleaning.  And as a family business, (and myself coming from a family business) i thought they would take better care or attention to their craft.
IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. ( i was so unimpressed i just wanted them to leave, so i could clean myself.)

I was quoted $415 on the phone for a deep clean. I paid $500 (terry said it was discounted). See the reason why i had to paid more, below.

My house is very clean & organize, but with a new baby, i was looking for a cleaning company to come and do the vaccuming, dust picture frames & baseboards & other deep cleaning duties.

Here is a list of negatives:
-Oven wasn't cleaned
-Not all windows were clean, just a selected few & screens weren't put back & or fell out hours after they left
- main floor carpet wasn't vaccum & found a popsicle stick and noticeable crumbs
- sofa blanket had crumbs on it
- bathroom sink wasn't wiped down
- bathroom toliet was somewhat cleaned
- bathroom garbage was left
- bar countertop was cleaned
- wine room missed
- furniture was moved & not replaced (not into a better position, just pushed into a new spot. (Whyy) Same with all accent pieces. (Again, whyy)
- mirrored buffet table wasn't cleaned
- all walls were missed
- bathroom floor was missed & things moved out of place
-my office supplies were gathered and put on the floor in a closet?? But, office table wasn't wiped down
- glass kitchen table wasn't cleaned - still had finger prints on the glass and base.
- kitchen floor was still dirty. (The floors are white, and their was a tomato sauce leftover spot from the pervious night by the garabge, totally missed)
-laundry room & kitchen garabge left.
-attempted to put away dishes, but literally got every spot wrong. See photo

And the list goes on. NOW, i did do a walk through with Terry to point out things that were missed & they attempted to correct them (somewhat) but also CHARGED me for additional time.

I privately message him and gave him another opporunity to correct what happen & to re-service my house ( terry even said, next time will be better bc he knew they did a bad job!) But, unforunately terry did not follow up & lost any future business from us.

Terry is a very good sale person, but be careful you might be promised but poorly undersold.
