Have 18' wooden garage door. 40 years old. It would intermittenly not close. They came and identified the problem and replaced 2 rollers which were the root cause. |Also, serviced the door, tightened and lubricated. Made recommendations for possible replacement when we needed.
Ovverall very good service and solved my problem.
Would highly recommend.
