Needed an estimate for dishwasher repair. Service tech came promptly, did diagnosis thoroughly and I was satisfied. That was 2 months ago.
Another appliance needed repair so I called them again. Explained requirements and was promised a return call. 4 days later, since no reply, I called again and gave all the details again. Return call was promised. That was a week ago. Still nothing. So I called a different repair center. and got Immediate response and an estimate.
