Discovered the washing machine was broken Saturday afternoon. I submitted a quote request through the company website and got a callback within minutes. A service call was scheduled for later the same afternoon. The technician, Andrey, arrived exactly when scheduled and quickly identified the problem, had the required part on hand, and completed the repair quickly. Andrey was very friendly and professional throughout.

Overall we are very happy. Total time from discovering it was broken to the repair being completed was four hours. We were very happy with the service - especially on a Saturday afternoon! We would be very happy to recommend Max Appliance Repair to others.
