Our washer stopped operating with the door locked. Called Max for assistance and Maxim arrived promptly the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed a part to complete the work and he returned right on time the next day and fixed the washer. He provided useful tips on how to prevent a recurrence and assured us that our washer had lots of life left in. Excellent, prompt, efficient and courteous service. Thanks Maxim.
