First of the all their web page was easy to follow, next I was impressed with the telephone answering, which was professional, the service was readily available for today, the exact day I needed it, as compared to other companies who were not available until four and five days later. The technician was professional, courteous and explained the problem in easy to understand terms. He had the part required with him, and did the job efficiently. I was favorably impressed with Max Appliance Repair and would give both the technician, Evegen and the company a five star rating.
