Called Late afternoon Saturday. Quickly arrived at home and diagnosed water leak from washing machine. Ordered new pump, told it would take until Wednesday, called Wednesday and everything working fine early afternoon. Ilya Kurbatov was excellent in the service he provided. No hesitation in referring Ilya to any homeowner experiencing like problem.
